Anyone who knows me knows that I like to keep lists … lots of lists 😉 I have a wish list for planned sewing projects … pieces that are missing in my wardrobe and for my little weakness, the designer bags. For today’s outfit, I was able to cross one point off every list 🙂
After wearing my gray coatigan up and down last winter, it was clear that I also needed a version in camel. After all, this color fits perfectly in my wardrobe and can be combined with a variety of outfits. With this version I left out the press studs at the end because I couldn’t decide on a metal color and it looked so classy without them. This allows me to combine the coatigan with gold and silver elements equally well. As a stripe fan, I have been missing a striped turtleneck for a long time. In the end I found what I was looking for at Ubup and this second hand item was allowed to find its way into my closet. And even if most of the designer bags on my wish-list are a long way off, I had to strike when I found the Balenciaga City Bag at an unbeatable price at Vite en Vogue. As you can see, you don’t always have to buy new, you can use the multitude of second hand options to put together a sustainable and at the same time fashionable outfit.
And which piece is currently at the top of your sewing list?
