Spring is definitely my favourite time of the year as I can’t wait for green leaves and blooming flowers after a long cold winter. However, when it comes to my wardrobe I actually prefer fall over spring. After hot summer days that allow for nothing more than light summer dresses, I really long for autumnal outfits and lots of layers. Every time I change my closet over to fall, it feels like I just have acquired a completely new wardrobe and I just can’t wait for colder days when I can wear my favourite pieces again. I have already shown you this denim skirt here 2 years ago and even though I quite enjoy wearing it during the whole year, I just now managed to get some outfits pics. My current style motto can be described as France during the 70s. Today’s outfit fits this perfectly as it consists of timeless pieces that could have already been worn way back then. And for another reason this outfit is totally my cup of tea. Besides the me-made skirt all other pieces are 2nd Hand. After all, I’m increasingly reflecting on the impact that my clothing is having on the environment and I’m trying to purchase as much as possible 2nd hand, even though it takes more time and research. What’s your take on 2nd hand?
