Even though my newly made Slipdress reminds me of a little black dress, it can be worn quite casually as today’s outfit shows. I’m a huge fan of the current athleisure trends, which mixes athletic wear with everyday clothing. That’s why I’m really happy that this comfortable trend still enjoys great popularity and is here to stay. And such a comfy but chic outfit is perfect for discovering Berlin’s sights. What do you think about the athleisure trend?
The pictures were actually taken at Berlin’s Mauerpark, which is only so empty during wintertime. The park is located on the area of the former wall which divided Western Wedding from Eastern Prenzlauer Berg right next to the U-Bahn station Eberswalder Straße. Every Sunday the place is shockfull of peope enjoying a colourful program consisting of karaoke music, street food, flea market and DIYs. I really enjoy strolling through the Mauerpark on a free Sunday, try new foods and listen to the musicians. During wintertime only a few (overpriced) dealers are present. During the rest of the year I can highly recommend a Sunday stroll through Mauerpar. Have you been to Mauerpark or plan a visit on your next trip to Berlin?
